5300 Memorial Brochure

To display the amenities and benefits of leasing with 5300, I chose to create an interactive brochure. The interactive element shows the youth of the building and reaches a younger, technologically based market which is 5300’s target audience, young professionals looking for a work-life balance.

5300 Memorial EGD

When visiting the building, you can ask the property manager to view the marketing floor. This allows you to get a better feel for the building and the amenities it has to offer.

The marketing floor helps sell the office space to the potential tenant. It was important to display what 5300 included when you lease from there. It was also important to show the building’s personality and the young-professional, work-life balance.

5300 Memorial Email Campaign

With an email campaign, 5300 can promote it’s available space for rent. The email also highlights the new renovations and the amenities it has to offer to it’s tenants.

What I learned:

When I started at JLL, one of my managers was working on an interactive brochure for a client in InDesign. I knew I wanted to learn how to make my work interactive so I used this project as a learning experience to teach myself InDesign animation. With the help of my manager, I learned a new skill and created a beautiful, interactive brochure for 5300 Memorial.

With more time and resources:

I originally had another interactive element on the “Floor Plan Availability” page in the brochure but when opened in the browser, it appeared glitchy. With more time, I’d like to rework the page and figure out how to create the interactive element without the glitchyness.
